“Strategic review” after the share price has risen 13%

InterMail has announced that it has initiated a “strategic review” and engaged an advisor to assist them. It comes after the share price last week rose 13%.

InterMail: Ticker: IMAIL | Price: DKK 16,50 | Market Cap.: DKK 58M | YTD: 34%

The strategic review will clarify how InterMail can best position itself for the changes in the markets, which include extensive consolidation and a shift towards strong Nordic communications houses. InterMail also has an acquisitive growth strategy, and as the company grows on a Scandinavian level and significantly improves its earnings and cash flow, the company itself also becomes an increasingly interesting acquisition candidate for, among others, Nordic media houses.

The strategic review is fully in line with our investment case, which can be read here.
