Our primary focus is listing on the non-regulated growth exchanges, Nasdaq First North Growth Market, Spotlight Stock Market and Nordic Growth Market SME Nordic, but we also assist companies with listing on the Nasdaq main market. We execute direct listings and reverse mergers (listing via takeover of an existing listed company), and work for both Nordic and non-Nordic companies.<\/p><p>The IPOs we typically conduct on growth exchanges have a minimum offering of EUR 4 million and up to approximately EUR 40 million. We assist companies in the entire process, including stock market readiness, stock market listing and post stock market listing. With our focus on small and midcap companies that typically do not have any experience with the stock markets, or that do not have an organization that can handle the additional tasks a stock market listing process requires, we offer a &#8220;<em>one point of contact<\/em>&#8221; process where we relieve the company&#8217;s management and organization as much as possible.<\/p><p>With one point of contact, we are the company&#8217;s primary contact, hence limiting the management\u2019s use of resources in relation to other involved parties. These other parties consist of: the stock exchange, possibly the FSA, share-issuing institution, bank liaison, lawyer, accountant, marketing and communication agencies\/agents and sales
